Hmmm…

I just wanted to see what the ‘06 looked like typed out. I’m tired as all hell today so I’ll be back later with a real update. Note to self: Never serve cocktails to party revelers on New Year’s Eve again. That was more depressing than if I sat at home, by myself, with a bottle of Freixenet to my lips. Actually, that doesn’t sound half bad. Happy New Year, everyone. :)

    I know the feeling. Now I’m be screwing up a batch of checks for at least a week writing ‘05. Happy New Year and no a bit a bubbly doesn’t sound half bad!

    Only a week? It’s going to be at least a month for me. Happy New Year, Princess! I hope it’s a great one for you and hubster.

    Happy new year sweetums… I’ll be back tomorrow… I think. LOL But then again, I’m rather digging this unplanned hiatus. *sigh*

    Although I have worked many a new year’s in bars, the one year I served cocktails was “the new milennium”–1999 into 2000.

    Tell me THAT does not suck.

    And tables of 10+ people were only tipping $2 a round or so.

    Oy vey.

    That sucks major ass. I still remember that New Year’s, I was in Oakland at a house party. Boy, that was fun. Boy, I’m getting old!
